Angel juicer silicon wooden pusher does not come standard with the juicer. Angel juicer silicon wooden pusher helps preventing overflow of juice when juicing certain foaming type fruits and vegetables such as Pineapple. Also would be helpful for juicing food with high pectin like apples. If you juice Pineapple, it creates foam and require that you slow down the juicing. With the add on plunger and high pressure ring, prevent the foaming from escape.

The tween gears are made of Stainless steel grade 304 (18-8) which is similar to the stainless steel used in the Angel juicer model Angelia series 5500 and 7500.
